I am so happy to be part of the ASHS community. I have a genuine passion for working with young people and students from all over the world—at ASHS, I find I’m always learning something new right alongside them! While I love sharing my own language and culture, I’ve also fully embraced the Kiwi lifestyle. Home for me is a beautiful rural spot where I live with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog. When I’m not teaching, you’ll likely find me making handmade soap!

I have extensive teaching experience in English, EAP, Chinese, Accounting and Business Studies. My academic background includes degrees in English Language and Literature, Applied Linguistics, and an MBA. Teaching is my passion and I enjoy helping students develop their language skills and achieve academic success.
