About Me

My association with ASHS started in 2009 as a parent of a foundation student and was fortunate to become part of the ASHS staff in 2014. I have been supporting students with their education for the past 15 years, working with students from years 1 through to 13. I really enjoy supporting our students and helping them to achieve their goals while at school and beyond. In my spare time I can be found out in the paddock with my horses or on the side of a motorsport track. I also enjoy travelling around our beautiful country.

About Me

I work in learning support & enjoy participating with you all to assist & facilitate an optimum learning environment to allow students to flourish. My background started in NZ sign language interpreting from Early Childhood - Adult environments and grew into permaculture and now my happy place mucking about on our olive grove getting hanging out with the chickens.

About Me

I work in the Learning Support area, with students who need a little extra help and encouragement with their studies. I have a background in Business and Education, and have previously worked as a Maths teacher, ESOL teacher, and Research analyst/Statistician. It is always a joy to see our students succeed, and achieve even the smallest goals.

About Me

Originally from the UK where I taught PE and Science to students aged 6 to 18. We came to New Zealand in 1993 and had a son and daughter, who have both followed their passions. I see us, in Learning Support, as enabling students to achieve what they need to also follow their dreams.
