Getting Involved

Getting Involved

Opportunities to connect, contribute, and discover your strengths.

At Albany Senior High School, getting involved beyond the classroom is an important part of student life. Our co-curricular opportunities support wellbeing, belonging, and personal growth, giving students multiple ways to explore interests, build confidence, and connect with others.

Through getting involved, students are encouraged to discover what motivates them, build meaningful connections, and take an active role in school life.

Sports

ASHS offers a wide range of sporting opportunities, with over twenty sports available across the year. Students are encouraged to unlock their potential and expand their talents through sport, whether they choose to participate competitively or socially.

Sport at ASHS supports teamwork, resilience, and confidence, and provides opportunities for students to stay active and connected throughout their time at school.
