Albany Senior High School is seeking a passionate and collaborative Learning Support Teacher (1MU) for a full-time, fixed-term position.
We are looking for strong expertise in literacy and numeracy, and a deep understanding of neurodiversity and learning support needs.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- supporting learning programmes that are responsive to student needs with a focus on literacy/numeracy
- developing, implementing, and monitoring individual education plans (IEPs) for ORS-funded students
- providing guidance to teacher aides
- working collaboratively with mainstream teachers to support inclusion
- having responsibility for overseeing the special assessment condition (SAC) process.
